David sent me this splendid souvenir sheet from Monte Carlo, Monaco, with the Office des Emissions de Timbres Postes postmark dated 12 November 2010. The cover arrived 8 days later...
This miniature sheet was issued to mark the World Expo in Shanghai, with the 1,00€ stamp depicting a profile view of Albert II, Prince of Monaco, and the current ruler of the Principality of Monaco. The miniature sheet illustrates the different facets of China, with the Sampan boat, the misty mountains of the provinces of China and the famous TV Tower and skyscrapers of Shanghai.
