French Gastronomy


The menu today: a gastronomic journey through France。  Thanks Eric for this cover from Lyon, sent on November 22。 This  miniature sheet features the Quenelles from Rhones-Alpes, the Escalope normande which comes from Haute-Normandie,the Maroilles which originates from Nord-Pas-de-Palais and the Clafoutis from Limousin.   Miam-miam !!!
